EASTERN
CAPE AIDS COUNCIL
Established in 2000, the Eastern Cape AIDS Council, (ECAC) is a multi-stakeholder council. The ECAC secretariat is hosted by ECSECC. ECAC was established mainly to coordinate multi sectoral responses to HIV, TB and STIs, in the Eastern Cape Province.
